In Arnos Models we design resin molds and machinable plates, of excellent quality and great durability.
PROCESS
1.
Material
We use the best resins in the market with different hardnesses for the manufacture of our models. We seek the best solution depending on the needs of our customers.
2.
Modeling
We make the model in negative wood wooden support and then proceed to its subsequent casting. This is a good option for long series.
3.
Casting
We pour the resin into the model that we have previously created (negative) where we will create the model in resin.
4.
Setting
Once we have the resin model we place it on the cast to check for accuracy.
5.
Quality control
During this process every model is inspected individually, checking machined areas and burrs and verifying each measurement for accuracy.
6.
Shipping
To finalize we identify and mark the model for its correct distribution.
